By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase Island Life products.

Educational content only

Island Life publishes educational information about Philippines living costs, relocation planning, remote client income, and related topics. Content is general information. It is not legal, tax, immigration, financial, medical, or travel agency advice.

No guarantees

Island Life does not guarantee income, business results, visa approval, entry permission, housing availability, health outcomes, relocation success, exchange rates, prices, or future living costs. Rules and prices change. Verify important decisions with current official sources and qualified professionals.

Digital product license

A paid Island Life digital product is licensed to the buyer for personal use only unless the product page states otherwise. Shop and Fourthwall

Island Life products are sold through Fourthwall. Fourthwall provides shop, checkout, payment, digital delivery, and fulfillment functions. Comments and user content

If comments or other user submissions are enabled, you are responsible for what you submit. Island Life may moderate, hide, edit for formatting, or remove submissions. Submission does not require Island Life to publish or retain the content.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, probe security, overload the site, distribute malicious code, automate abusive requests, scrape protected paid content, bypass access controls, or use the site to violate law or another person's rights.

Island Life links to third party websites, tools, services, government resources, and software. Third parties control their own content, availability, privacy practices, prices, and terms. A link does not make Island Life responsible for a third party service.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep information useful, but we do not promise every page is complete, current, error free, or available at all times. Government rules, visa procedures, airline requirements, prices, exchange rates, software, and service terms change.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable law within the United States, without choosing Philippines law. Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate court in the United States, subject to any nonwaivable consumer right to bring a claim or use a remedy where you live.

We may update these Terms when the website, products, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply to later use, subject to applicable law.
