This policy covers Island Life digital products sold through Fourthwall and future physical merchandise sold through the Island Life Fourthwall shop.

Digital products

The current Island Life digital guide, Build Your Island Life in 30 Days, is sold for $27.99 through Fourthwall. It is delivered electronically after payment. No physical shipment is included with the digital product.

United States refund window for digital products

For United States customers, contact us within 30 days of purchase if you need help with a digital order. Fourthwall permits cancellation of a digital order within 30 days when the file has not been downloaded.

After a digital file has been downloaded, the sale is final except when a refund is required by law or when there is a duplicate charge, the paid file is not delivered or cannot be accessed after reasonable support, or the product is materially different from the description shown at purchase.

To request help or a refund, email steven@143studio.com with the order email, order number if available, and a short description of the issue.

EU and UK withdrawal rights for digital content

If EU or UK consumer withdrawal law applies to your purchase, a distance sale generally includes a 14 day withdrawal period. For digital content supplied immediately, the withdrawal right may be lost only after you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge before the download starts that the withdrawal right will be lost.

If the required consent and acknowledgement are not obtained, your statutory rights remain available as required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy removes a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Physical merchandise

Future physical merchandise may be made to order and fulfilled by Fourthwall. Made to order items are not accepted for change of mind or buyer remorse unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If a Fourthwall fulfilled item arrives defective, damaged, or as the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Fourthwall may provide a replacement or refund under its quality and supplier warranty rules. Return instructions depend on the item, location, and issue.

Wrong size or change of mind

For made to order merchandise, ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item does not create a return right under this voluntary policy. Mandatory consumer rights still apply where the law requires them.

Processing time

We aim to review Island Life digital product refund requests within 5 business days. The time for money to appear after an approved refund depends on Fourthwall, the payment provider, and your bank or card issuer.
