This policy covers physical merchandise sold through the Island Life Fourthwall shop. The current Build Your Island Life in 30 Days guide is a digital product and is not shipped.

Digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically. They do not have shipping fees or delivery tracking. See our Refunds and Digital Products policy for digital delivery and refund terms.

Physical merchandise fulfillment

Future physical Island Life merchandise may be produced and fulfilled by Fourthwall and its fulfillment partners. Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and shipping charges are shown at Fourthwall checkout for the destination and products in your order.

Shipping times

Production and delivery times depend on the product, destination, carrier, and fulfillment location. Use the estimate shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Carrier delays, customs delays, weather, and local delivery conditions may affect delivery.

Duties, taxes, and import charges

Taxes, duties, or import charges depend on the destination and the checkout terms that apply to the order. Review the amount and shipping information shown by Fourthwall before paying.

Lost packages

If tracking shows a problem or a package does not arrive, use the Fourthwall order support process or email steven@143studio.com with your order details. Resolution depends on carrier status, tracking, delivery evidence, the product, and Fourthwall terms.

Defective, damaged, or wrong items

If a Fourthwall fulfilled item arrives defective, damaged, or as the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Fourthwall may provide a replacement or refund under its quality and supplier warranty rules.

Change of mind

Made to order merchandise is not accepted for return because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item, unless applicable law gives you a mandatory return or withdrawal right.
